A ca12 meeting for the purpose of inspecting the water treatment
plant washeld at the plant site at 10 :00 A.M. on the above date,
Those present were Mayor Johnson , Aldermen Deacon , Kaker, ��atthews,
and Harwell . Alderman Hayward being absent. Also present was
Alderman elect Willis Arkle and Mr. Endress and Mr. McWhirter of
Freese , Nichols and Endresss, Engineers, and Mr. Mason Rector of
Natkin and Co.
After inspecting the plant , Alderman Deacon made a motion, seconded
by Alderman Kaker to re�ect the pla nt until the following conditions
are corrected.
1 . Roof of the building to be put into good condition.
2. Rusty Hangers
3. Rust in the Conduit
4. Water seeping into pump room
5. Windows need caulking inside and out.
6. Door to the office room hanging or dragging .
The motion carried.
Mr. Bob Nichols and Mr. Glen �cWhirter was asked to be present
� at a call meeting April 27 , 1962.
No further business meeting ad�ourned . �
