Motion carried, Four votes for and D�'. Woods not voting. � motion by Aldermn rir�le, seconded by Alderman Deacon to amend Resolution No. R63-1 with Resolution R63-2 to include on the official ballot, �,lderman rlace �14. vacant for the unexpired term of one year. Motion carried . The Mayor inf ormed the council of Mrs Hdell Bartonts ob,jeetions to having to have a container to put her garbage and trash in, her reason for this was that she was not financially able to buy a contaiZer. t� motion by Hlderman Deacon, seconded by Aldermam Yarker to send one of the form letters to Mrs Barton, whichstates the section of the urdinance requiring each customer of the sanitatio� department to have a container and also mention to her that her problem had been discussed at the council meeting. Motion carried. The sample resolution of the Jaycees was gone over by the council and Mr. Mickey Koonce and �rnold Dobecker of the Jaycees. It was suggested, and agreeable, with Mr. Koonce and Dobecker, to add to the resolution a section stating that the Resolution would be reviewed and renewed each year around June lst, sub,ject to any amendments that ma�:� be needed to be added to the resoluti�n and to keep each administration of the City and Jaycees familiar with this Resolution. � motion by Hlderman Deacon, seconded by �lderman Harwell to accept the Resolution R63-3 with the above suggestions added to the Resolution. Motion carried. The complete Resoluti�n is on file in the ufficial Urdinance Book of the City of Grapevine as Resolution No. R63-3• Mr. H. L. Higg�ns installed in the Fire Station a heater 25,000 BTU larger thari he bid on with the city, but the additional cost of �30.00 for this larger heater was donated to city by Mr. Higgens.
