The City Cotincil met in a call session on the above date £hr the
purpose of considering the reccomendation of the engineers,
Freess, Nichols and Endress on repairing and repai�ting the over
head water storage tank. Those present were Mayor Woods,
Al�ermen Benedic�, Pirkle, Huber, Vandeventer and Parker.
Discussion was given on the number of bids received on doing this
repair work on the overhead storage tank along with the recommend-
ation of the Engineers.
Aldermen Benedi�t made a motion which was seconded by �l�erman
Parker to table this matter until the next regular meeting night '
and in the meantime maybe more information may be obtained in
regard to why more of the companies did not bid on this work and see
if they all had an opportunity to bid on �his work. Moti�n carried
by Hldermen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Vandeventer and Parker voting yes.
No further business meeting ad�ourned.
