The City Council met in a call session on the above date those
present wete Mayor Woods, Aldermen Parker , Pirkle and Benedict.
Those absent were Aldermen Huber and Vandeventer.
Mr. Kennieth Hill and Mr. Black of Leslie Hill Enterpriees and Mr.
Robert Gray of Shasta Industries Inc. met with the council to
discuss the Shasta Factory coming into the City and locating on
Mr. Hill �s property. Mr. Gray ask the council to furnish
sufficient volume and pressure to comply with the requirements of
the Texas Fire Insurance Commission for the installati�n of an
approved standard dry-pi�pe automatic sprinkler system for his
building.
The City Cou�cil drew up an agreement with Mr. Gray which is
attached and made a part of the minutes.
A motion by Alderman Pirkle , seconded by filderman Benedict to
authori2e the Mayor to sign the attached agreement for the City
with Mr. Gray of Shasta Industries, Inc. , Motion carried by
Alderman Benedict, Pirkle, and Parker voting yes with no noes.
