The City Council met in regular session on the above date those
present were M�Cyor Woods, Aldermen Benedict, Pirkle , Huber,
Vandeventer and Parker .
The minutes of +he Arevious meeting was read and approved as read.
A pub2ic hearing was held by the City Council and Zoning Board
concerning the rezoning of a portion of Lot 11� in Block 6 of the
Lucas Addition. Mrs W. W. Hodges requested this to be rezoned from
the present "A" zoning to "C-Dt' Dweiling. Also Mr. A. G. Cullins
asking that his lot, which is a part of Block 22 in the Dooley
Survey be rezoned from the present "B" 2oning to "H" Central Business.
No recommendatio�s was made to the council by the zoning board on
these request.
The Sanitary conditions at 120 N. Scribner street was discussed by
the council, this property belonges to Mr. Edwin Wilkerson.
A motion by Alderman Huber, seconded by Alderman Pirkle to adopt
and pass Ordinance No. 64-18, callin for the Redemption of 8
bonds, numbers 93� 94, 95� 96, 97� 9�, 99, and 100 of the 1950
Revenue Bond Issue . These bonds to be redemed Movember 1, 196L�..
Motion carried by Aldermen Parker, Vandeventer, Huber, Pirkle and
Benedict voting yes with no noes. Complete Ordinance on file in
the official ordinance book of the City of Grapevine.
Discussion was given on enlarging the present water work building
to house the Police Department and the Water Works department.
By �join3ng this building to the present Fire Station Buiiding .
