A motion by Alderma� Huber, seconded by Alderman Vandeventer ta
table the bids,,�a d discussi �n o� purchssing twa new cars until
Januar�r ,�, 19fi�r, the next regu2ar m�eting of the coar�cil, �c�tic�n
carried by Alderman Parker, Vaqdeventer and Huber voting yes w3th
Alderman Benedict, and Pirkle voting no.
The P2anr�ing and Zoning Board recomrnended to the council that
Lots l , �, and 3 �n Block 2 of the Hi2ltop addition be rezoned from
"B" Dwelling to "J-K" Industrial.
A motion by Alderman Pirkle , seconded by Alderman Benedict to accept
and approve the rezaning of Lats 2, 2 and 3 in �lock � of Hilltop
Addition fram �'B" Dwelling to "J-K" Industrial « Motion carried by
Aldermen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Vandeventer ar�d Parker vating yes
with no noes.
Cour�ci 1 agreec� to make the tax valuatir�n c�n the proposed Nursing
Home for Mr. Williams as easy as passible for his pro�ject.
Council agreed to use the same tax appraiser as the school this
being Mr. �rik Ehrebo g Appraisal Co. far the year 196�,
