The City Cauncil met in a call s�s�ian on the zbove date thase
present were M�yor Tip Johnsnn, Aldermen M�the�s, Harwell , Kaker,
�nd De�con. Aldermen Hayward being abse�t.
The meeting was called to order by the �ayor and turned over to
Mr. Frank Medanich, of the First Southwest C�. , to conduct a sale
of �10�,�04.00 in street i�provement bonds. The following comganfes
was pr�sent to bid on the bonds and the bids of �ach cornpany is as
f�l2ows:

A motion by Alderman Kaker, seco�ded by Aldet�aan Deaean t� accept
the bid of R. A. Underwood & Co. of 3.79�. Motian carried.
� A mot�n by alderman Kaker, seconded by alderman Deacon to pass the
failowing flrdinanc� Number 61-22, mation carried.

AQr. Bob Nichols was ta be contacted in reference to installing the
easing under lnew Ic�ap a�round towrt for water and sew�r iines serving
the south part of town sauth of th� loop for the future.
Effective from this da�te, water custamers may nat be put on vaction
with their w�.ter. The water will be read aut and turned off and the
depostt wi21 be r�funded and when customer w�nts water turned c,n
they will have to put up a deposit, then the water will be turned on
if they are withir� the City Li�its of the City of Grapevine.
