fanuary 27 , 1960 in a called session with the fcllotnring
membe_rs present: Aiayor Tip Johnson, (:ouncilmen liail Dalton,
Al `iarwell , Norris Graham, Ha�old Kaker, R. F. Shelton and
City Secretary R. P. Rogers.
N1r. Earl Deacon met with the Council to discuss lielwood Acres,
sewa�e lii�e_s, the depth of se�ver line to re�alate grav�ty
flocv etc. �
A motion by Harold Kaker and seconded by llo?.l i�alton to
annex Delwrrc�d Acres, all councilmen votes yes , m�tior
carried.
Discussed imployment of Physical A�ents to represent City
in street bond is�,ue. Doil Dalton made motion secorided by
A1 H arwell that City employ 1St of Southwest Corp. as aLents,
