It was determined that a numner of r�ersor.is listed on the �'oll 13st of voters were not owners of property duly rendered for taxation �,Tith the City of Grapevine. i;nly those resic�ents �N� th pro�erty on the tax roll of the City wer_e eli�ible to vote on the Street �3ond pronosal. It was c�ecided by the :.�ouncil that no f�rther action ?nrould be t;k,en at thzs time of the Street Bond �lection as it wotild regt�ire Court actior� and le{7al ex�ense to thP City and the on��� result ���uld re to vcid the v�te enti.rely.
