Mayor �ip Johnson; �ldermen; �1, Harwell, Harold Kaker, Ed Hayward, F�layd Deacon, and Travis �at�he�s. A�ting City Secre�ary Jim Hancock. � Mr. %�y Russell, &ttorney and O. R. Ricker, �ngineer, of H. Leslie Hill Enterprises were present to discuss terms under which the� could develc�p the forty acre tract of .land, now called �unshine Harbar„ owned by ,bir. Hill. �ftes some discussion it was decided that the Gouncil would inform Mr. Hill by letter of their decision of terms governin;� subdivisions to the City of Grape vine. Mr. Russell and Mr. Rscker having na further business were excused. 9 A;sc�;ss���> . �-� of f urnishing utilities to the 5unsha.ne Harbor Addition cantinued. �:lderman Ueacon motioned that the additianal amount of money required to relocate Lift Station # 1 to serve �unshine #arbor �nd other �dditional areas be prorated �moung the estimated number of additional houses that cauld be served. No secand c�ras heard on this motion. Alderman �aker motioned tha�t a letter be writt��n to Mr. Hill outlining the fallowing. 1. The City will f urnish one water and one sewer cannectit�n to the property line of the addition. 2. Developer shall la y an 8"' water line North and Sauth across the 1�iddition, with the City paying difference in cost af b'� Iine over 8"� line. 3. Depeloper shall pay in f ull reg�Iar tap fee af $?0.00 far v�uater �nd $20. 00 for sewer. Water taups t� be made by Gity. Sewer tags to be �nade by I}eveloper with City furnishing ta,pping saddle. 4. Developer shall install water and sewer �ystem within the additian with no ref unds. Systems to be according to City requirements and subject to City inspec�imn. 5. DevelQper shall furnish all normal and customary improvement� � within the �ddition, except street lights. b. Streets wi�d�th shall be 31 feet from back of curb to back of curb. Motion �econded by �lderman Hayward and passed by votes of �hree to ane. Mayor John��n peesented Chief ��cott 's recommended change in parking signs in the lOp black of East Franklin Street. Chief Scott recommended that �"No Parkin,g Between Signs'"` signs to be placed at each end of the area fram th�t East edge of Main Street, 60 f��t East along the South side of the 140 Block af E. Franklin Street. This recammendatian was �ppraved on a motion by Ald�rman Deacon and seconded by Alderm�n N , . . .,. Kaker an an aye vote by a,ll. ` �lderm�n Hayward asked the Council's permission to make a survey af the radio as to the needs and maintenance problems. The survey wi21 be presented tca the �ouncil at the next meeting. Citq S�ecretary was instruced to have in bids for supplying the City Gasoline by next meetirtg. He was alsc� instructed to contact several appraisal companies for price estimates on equali�ation ot ta�able ; pr ope r ty in Gr ape vine, � �; �: � The following items for Council Action were tabled until the next � mecting� , 1.
