Rec�ular meeting of the City Cauncil of the City of Grapevine, ,
Texas was held on June 2, 1959, with the following members present :
I��ayor Tip Johnson; Aldermen William H. Kaker, Doil Dalton,
, A1 Harwell , R. F. Shelton. Jim Hancock acted as City Secretary �,
due to the r�esignation of Hugh Millican. Alderman Graham was absent.

Star Gas Company, were present to discuss the adoption of the ,
, Lone Star Gas Company � s standard Street Rental Charge Ordinancz.
� Mr. Fatheree read the ordinance to the Council .l-�lderman Kaker �
suggest,ed that no action should be take�. untill the City xttorney �
can make a recommendation on the adoption of this or'dinance . all
members of the Council agreed .
Alderman Kaker madP motion to table further discussion of Silver-
lake EnterpriseTS Pavement Proposal . n�otion Seconded by Alderman
Shelton.
1�lderman Kaker made motion to accept P�ROtorola ts nRaintenance
'I Agreement for the up-keap of the City� s Radio Equipment. Motion
seconded by xlderman Shelton.
i xlderman Kaker made motion to secure Industrial Accident Insurance �
� for the Police Department, not to �xceed seventy dollars per man
per year. ��otion seconded by Alderman Dalton. ;
