Regular meeting of the City Council of G�apevine was held on ,
- June 30, 1959, with the followin members present: Mayor Tip
Johnson; Alderman Wm. H. Kaker � Doil Daltonr R. F. 5helton, '
City Secretary Jim Hancock. Alderman Norris Graham and A1
Harwell were absent.
A1r. Henry Kelle r of First of I'exas, our f iscal agent was present
to discuss the re �-isions of the bond payrnent plan to pay out
in thirty years instead ot thirty f our. Reason for this being
that the election on these bonds on Uctober 4, 1958, called for
a p ayout period not to exceede thirty �ears and due to an error
they were set up for thirty four year payout. 1'ending a report �
from Frank Medanich of rirt Southwest; meeting was continued until
July 1, 1959�

NIr. Frank M�danich of First Sou�hwest Co. presented the revised !

bond payment p1an, providin� for thirty year payout as stipulated �
in the water and sewer works revenue bond election on Octobe� �
4, 1958� The effective interest rate to be 4.6927% instead of the ;
original 4.698. Aldermen Shelton made motion to accept plan as
presented. Motion second by Aldermen Dalton and passed. ;
A petition requesting annexation of land contiguous and adjacen� ��
to the City of Gr�pevine was presented by Mrs. Gladys Greener. �
