� Regular meeetin, of City Council of the t-ity of Grapevine was 1
held on July 7, 1959, with the following members �r esent. ;
' Mayor Tip Johnson; Flldermen '�Vm. H. Kaker, Uoil Da.lton, t
Norris Gr�ham, and A1 Harwell, City Secreta.ry Jim Hancock. �
Aldermen Kake� moved that the Council approve the pl�t of
Sunshine ffarbor as submitted by b�r. H� L. Hill . Motion `
seconded by �ldermen Harlvell and passed. �

Aldermen Kaker moved that the City pay �. E. Guest , developer ';
of Bellaire "A" Addition, the sum of $3,835.21 as payment on t
refund contract for 1959, leaving a balance of $1,000. 00 to �
be �aid in 1960. Motion seconded by Alderman Dalton and passed.
Aldermen Kaker moved that the street Dept. gravel enou�h of �
. the East end of Surrey Lane to permit the occupants in the �
house on corner of Surrey Land and B all Street to have <<
�;ccess to their garage.
