F. Shelton,, �� , A1 Harwellr & Wm. H. Kaker. i, hiinutes or Special meetine of �une 24, 1959, Regular meeting � of June 30, 1959, and Regular meeting of July 7 , 1959, were % read and approved. , ; Mr. Robertson and Mr. Howard were here from the State Compt- roller's office to discuss the possibility of moving the State Tank Strapping Station to Grapevine. They pointed out that the �; location of this station in Gra�evine would brin� added buisness � to the merchants and revenue to the water department , also the � City would be expected to furnish the site for their building and - e � ui ment. Aldermen Shelton moved that the Cit attem t to locate � q p Y P � a site suitable for this station, second by Aldermen Norris Graham and passed. _ � W. C. Haws was present to discuss the revision of his concession = agreement with the Gity in effort to get approval from the ►-�istrict Engineer. Aldermen Kaker moved that the aAreement be amended to � ; provide payment to the City (3%) of annual gross income for. the ; first five years, during which time the concessionaire provide � for non-revenue producing improvements outlined in the agreement, f and 5.5% of annual gross income there after. hlotion seconded by � Aldermen Shelton. � � Aldermen Kaker moved that simple jud�ement be taken without ;` ` forecloure on tax cases ready at this time . Seconded by ;; � '' �+ Aldermen Graham and passed. � � Aldermen Shelton moved that adjustments may be made on water � bills wher� loss of water occurs due to undetected leakage. � The adjustments to be fifty percent of excess over five thousand � ; gallons over normal comsumption. �9otion seconded by Aldermen i Graham and passed. I Aldermen Kaker moved that payment of $510.00 be issued to LaRaue, Lawrence, Wood & Kelly for special services in connection with ', detail analysis of traffic ticket collection. Motion seconded by Aldermer� Graham and passed. � Alderme.n Kaker moved that �1 , 5U0. OQ be accepted from Old Colony Inc. Co. as settelement of all liability under Bond No. C-307259. Motion seconded by Aldermen Shelton and passed. ! Aldermen Kaker moved that �ayment of $8�i0.U0 be issued to Freese, Nichols & Endress for en�ineerin� services rende.red in connection with sewer line extension to new school.
