Eidson, Wm. H. Kaker, � R. F. Shelton; � � Secr�tary Hugh Millican. 3 Minutes of the meetings of December 3 and December 17, 1957 were � read and approved. � � Alderman Shelton moved that an agreernent between the Central (M58-1) � Security Life Insurance Company and the City be approved; said � agreer�ent is for the company to solicite sales of hospital- ization insurance to City employees, the premiums for which � are to b� paid entirely by the employees but permission is � granted for these premiur�s to be deducted from payroll and s remitted to the company by the City. Motion was geconded by � Alderman Kaker and passed. � ; � The following ordinance was aalopted on a motion by Alderman � Shelton and seconded by Alderman Eidson: ��58-1) � AN ORDINANCE FIXING RENTALS TO BE PAID BY PRIVATELY � OWNED UTILITIES WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, s "FOR THE PRI VIP.EGE OF OCCUPING AND USIP�G THE STREETS, EASEMENTS, AI.LEYS , AND OTHER PUBLIC WAYS AND PLACE� WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS; PROVIDING CERTAIN EXECPTIONS FROM SUCH RENTALS; AND PROVIDING A PENAT.TY. °` Complete copy of ordinanee is filed as Ordinance No. 58-I . The fo2lowing ordinance was adopted on a motion by Alderman Shelton and seconded by Alderman Eidson: ��58-2� gN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PRIOR ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE WHICH ORDINANCE WA'S N0. 53-11 AND WHICH ORDINANCE REQUIRES A BUILDING PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OR ALTERNATION OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS; REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF A PERMIT FEE; REQUIRING THAT A COPY OF THE PERMIT BE POSTED AND PROVIHING A PENAL TY; AND THE PRESENffi ORDI- . NANCE EXEMPTING CERTAIN BUILDINGS FROM PERMIT FEES. � Complete copy of ordinance is filed as Ordinance No. 58-2. ' Council authorized th� sale of certain equipment items now (M58-2) in the canning pl�nt own�d by the City for a minimum of $ 125.00; Mayor is to negotiate with R. L. Turner for this sale with th� money to be deposited in the City� s general fund. � Council authorized the Tax Department to proceed to file �M58-3) s�its for the collection of delinquent taxes for the y�ars of 1951 and prior.
