for the purpose of discussing the Refunding Contracts given i
ther� by the City for water and sewer facilities within the �
Bellaire and S1�y Harbor Additions. It ti�ras pointed out by
the Council that to continue tnes� contracts at th�ir present
pay-nack rate v✓ould han�er the Cityfs efforts in issuing ,
needed additional revenue bonds.
Alderm.an Ka�;er moved that the City offer the followina pay- �n��5g-�!�'-) ,
bacJt schedules to the existin� refunding contract holders: '
3ellaire , Section t�1t to be paid at the rate of 600
Bellaire , Section tBt to be paid at the rat� oi 30;�
Sky Harbor, Section tBt to be paid at the rate of 30;� �
Lakevrood Acres, Distribution to be paid at the rate of 20� �
These nevr sch�dul�s repr�sent 600 of the existinq rate . '
The motion was seconded by Alaer?�an ?�idson and passed. ',
