Mayor pro-tem Eidsan presided and appointed Alderman Kak.er to �
' take the minutes of the meeting.

Minutes of the meetings of October 7th 8 22nd , 1'958 were read and
appraved.
' Apprc�va2 for streets 2ights was given for the fntersection of I
Ruth Street and Walnut Street and for the intersection of Dallas �
Road and South Pine Street. '
Alderman Kaker moved that a concession aqreement between the
City of Grapevfne and W. C. Haws be approved and that the M�yor
and City Secretary be authorized to sign�: said agreement for the
City. Safd agreement provides that the concessiartaire, W. G. Haws,
is to make certain public improvements as has been promised
by the City and in turrt is to receive a lower rental basis than
is in present contract, the new rental is to be 2% of the first
�25,fl00.44 grass irtcome plus 2� af the excess over �2�,000.00
gross incom:e per year. Motion was seconded by Alderman Eidson
, and passed.

; Alderman Kaker moved tha apgrava2 af a revised refunding cc�ntract i
for Bellaire, Section �B� with W. E. Guest; said revised contract I
wau2d provid-for payments based an the rates for water and sewer
services which were in effect at the time of the original cantract.
Motion for approval was seconded by Alderman Dalton and passed,
Approval was given for the City Hall bffice to be cic�sed at 1 :00
p.m, on Friday, November Il�, 19�$, far Grapevine Homecoming.
