B. Execution and delivery to Peter Pirsch � Sons, Inc . , a conditional
sales contract in the total amount of �8,27Q.50 , b2arinq
interest from date at the rate of 6°o per annum and payable as
' �2,279.50 on January 5, 195g, � 3,000 .00 on January 5, 1959; 4.
�fi 3,000 .00 on January 5, 1960 , plus accrued interest on the
unpaid balance on the above dates. Th2 Mayor and City Secre-
tary are hereby authorized to execute the above contract and
permission is here.by granted to Peter Pirsch 8 Sons, Inc. ,
to sell said contract to First National Bank of Gra pevine,
Texas, with the I��a.yor and City Secretary hereby authorized
' to execute the necessary note and supporting papers to the

said First National Bank of Grapevine , Texas.
C. The 1lQayor and City Secretary are hereby authorized to execute
a note and other pap�rs necessary to borrow `�720.50 from thE
First National Bank of Grapevine , Texas, payable on January
' S, 1958 plus accrued interest at the rate of 6� per annum.
Said �?�720 .50 is be applied on the purchase authorization
in Section 2 (A) .

Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
was held on September 17 , 1957.

Discussion of Water Supply for the City was li�3d���bt��,_;no positive action
, taken.
Problems of qarbaae disposal was discussed but deferred until more ,
study can be qiven to it.
I�"ayor appointed �'d Davis as a member of the Planning and Zoning
Committee with term to expire January 31 , 1958. Approval was given
to this appointment.
'! Current budaet income and expenditures were studied and discussed.
