The following resolution was introduced and adopted on a motion
by Alderman Kaker and second by Alderman Eidson:

SCRIBNER STRE�T AND AUSTIN STREET TO FACILITAT�
THE FLO'J�' 0F TRA�FIC ON SAID HIGHWAY.
B� IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THc? CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS:
� THAT, the State Highway Department be requested to improve State
Hiahway No. 11� in Grap�vine betw2en Scribner Street and Austin
� Street in an effort to eliminate the existing traffic congestion
by widening said highway, construction of islands and medians,
,� and providing channelization to move traffic safely and efficient-
!' ly. Traffic regulations n�cessary to promote effici�nt use of the
}' highway facility will be establish�d and enforced by the City of
�
�'� Grapevine.
