The regular meeting of the City Council was held March 1, 1955
with the following members present: Mayor H. M. Cosnahan; Aldermen
� Joe Box, J. J. Daniel, Bill Guest, E. M. Pair, & R. F. Shelton;
Secretary Hugh Millican.
Minutes of the meeting of February 15 , 1955 were read and approved.
�� Motion by Alderman Daniel that Byron Cox be contracted with to
�`�' make the necessary electrical work for the changing of the motor
� from the Trinity Well 2 to the Trinity well 1. Motion eeconded
by Alderman Box and passed by vote.
Alderman Box moved the City adopt a policy that water and sewer
��$ service be W�thheld from building until a building permit has
�IS� been secured for the building. Motion seconded bp Alderman
Daniel and passed by vote.
Alderman Box moved that the Mayor be authorized to contact the
State Highway Department asking them to survey the traffic
M 55-�9 conditions on and along State Highway 121 and 114 in the City
of Grapevine and make recomendations for traffic controls.
Motion seconded by Alderman Daniel and passed by vote.
Meeting adjourned.
