Motion by Alderman Jae Box that the bid be awarded to Clyde Smith
of Aus�ir�, Texa� for complete work f or a total cost af � 111,�'31.00 �;,
with the re��rvation to eleminate part og the roek in the fil�er �
at � 5.0� p�r yard was seconded by Alderman Eidsan and passed by �
vote, 3-0. :

�h� stre�t� within Section �Bt of Bellair� Addition as per Bor�d
agreement with �he developers,
A1dc�rman Eidson moved that thi� question be tabled �til th� next `
1��s�y9 regular mee�ing, Septemb�r 6, 1955• �otion �o table was seconded '
by Ald�r�ar� Pair and pasged by vote. �
Alderman Box moved that the City request Texas Power & Light Co. to E
install Street lights at the interseetio� on Lucas Dri�e and at a �
loca�ion on Hudgins Street somewhere near �the �enter betwe�n Main �
�Ss-� a�d Doaley Street�� these l�ghts ar� to be added to the City'� contract �
far �tr�et ligh� serv3ce. Mot3on second�d by Alderman Pair and �
passed by vote. ��
