M. B. Austin, R. T. Eidson, E. M. Pair, and R. F. Shelton; and
""' Secretary Hugh Millican.
Minutes of the meetings of August 2, and Aug�tst 24, 1955 were read
and approved. .
Council asked that bids be taken for installing partition in Ci�y
M55-�1 Hall separating the office and meeting rooms.
Alderman Shelton moved that a letter be written to Couaty Comni�sioner,
Pct. # 3, biving blanket permission for repairs and maintanance to
�sS-�y Citp street�. Also a letter giving permis�ion to re-eonstruct W. Wall
Street and W. College St. Motion seeonded by Alderman Eidson and
pass�d by �rote.
Alderrean Pair moved that �he City proce�d to forclose on bond by
W. E. Guest, etal, which guaranteed paving of Section "B" Bellaire
M �S�`3 Addition. Motion �econded by Alderman Austin and passed by vote.
Motion by Alderman Eidson that the Mayor be aut horized to co nfer
;. �SS,r,� wlth the Fire Dept. and decide upon the advisability of purcha�ing
a two-wap radio for the pan�l-truck. Moti on seconded by Alderman
