Minutes of preceeding �eeting� were read and approved. Letter �
fram Mildred Forshee asking that the 2 months minimun charge far �
� water and sewer service tc� h�r house on Franklin Street be adjust�d �
�� due to the fact that �he house had beer� vacant far that time.
�, Motian made by Alderman Dani�l and sec�ond by Alderman Pair that ;
ane montMs mini�.um be refunded and one month� be charged since the �
Water Dept was not notified of the mave. Motion carried. �
J. C. Greener was appointed Fire Chief by the Mayor. Gouncil ��

Motion bp Alderman Shelton that the Mayor and City Secretary be
�•'' suthorized to sign agreement emploping Frank B. McMahan & Co. , Inc.
