Plat of an Addition located about 4� miles South-West of Grapevine on �
State Ai�hwap 121 was presented for approval of the Council. Alderman �
�4 Brax mnved that the Council approve the plat of the Addition ta�be knr�wn
; �� " as "High Cedars Addition" out of the J. L. Byas Survey Abstract No. 1�0
in Tarrant Couaty Texas as prese�ted bp Mr. F. 0. Jacksc►n« Moti.an
; was aeca�ded by A�derman Guest and passed by vate, 3-0.
Plat �howing Lots 9thru l6, Blflck 2 and Lots 1 thru, $, BloCk 3� Ssction B, �
' Skp Harbor Addition which was approved by the Couinc•il March 16, 1954 and
; the dedication of this section was presented for aceeptance as part of
,�.r'� the City of Grapevine. Alderman Guest moved that the secti on and '
t�� dedication be re-approved and annexed and made a part of the Citp of
Grapevine, Texa�. Motion was seconded by Alderman Pair and pa�sed bp
; vots, . 3-0.
Alderman Guest maved that the Mayor and Citp Secretarp be autharized to �
', sign a refunding contrac� agreem�nt with Noel Jones, et. al. , for �
repaqment of the cast of water and �ewer facilities to serve lots 9
,{ ���,�4 thru ly, Hlock 2, and Lots l thru $, Block 3, Skp Harbor Addition. Thi� '
; contract is tr� pr4vide that paym�nts wili be from one-half of the
receipts of the water department from these lc►t� and shall continue uritil
� the cost of such facilities has been repaid or unt il 15 pears have
# � passed , �rhichever occurs first. Motion seconded by A2derman Box and
� passed bg vote, 3-4. �

" and acceptanc� into the City Limits with a refunding agreement far water
� �- and sewer faci2ities cost to serwe these lc�ts. Alderman Guest moved that
' � the Council appro�ve the plats and dedications of these l�rts be apprcved
' � �_nd annex�d to the Citq of Grapevine; also that the City enter into a
� G'1 �,q refuading agreemen� with Noel Jon�s, et. al. , for repayment of the cos�
m�� of water ar�d sexer facilities within the area; such contract agreement
sh$11 be in like content to the above contract and shall be combined '
a with it. Motion seconded bp Alderman Box and passed bp vote 2-0. ( ;

� � Alderman Shelton moved that the City Council grant na Franchise for
' Taxi Service within the City at this time, but J. B. Smith be granted

Motion bp Alderman Guest and �econd by Alderman Box that th� City
autharize payment of one-third of the cast of the installation of
�`t'3� street markers within the City with a maximum af �300.40 as the Citpts
part. Motion passed by vote, 4-0.
