A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas i
was held on June $, 1954 for the purpose of awrarciing contracts on wcrk for �
xhich bids were received June 1, 1951� with the following members pre�ent j
Mapor H. M. Cosnahan; Aldermen Joe Box, J. J. Dan iel, Bill Guest, and �
R. F. Shelton; Secreta ry Hugh Millican. ;

Bids for Concrete Foundation for 250,000 gallon Water Tank were discussed- �
low bidder was Paul L. Kaiser of 1437 Caddo St. Da11as� Texas: Item No. 1, �
� � 2,675.00; No. 2, � 1 0�.9.00; No. 3� � 17.00 /C. Y. ; Total bid of �
3,7z3.00 with a eo mp�etion time of 30 calendar days. '#
5��� _ Motion was made by Alderman Box that the Mayor and City Secretary be !
� authorized to enter into a contract with Paul Kaiser for the work. i
Motion was seconded by Alderman Daniel and passed by vote. ;
McHone Construction Co. , 1900 Kelly Ave. , Fcrrt Worth, Texas was low bidder �1
for Water and Sewer System extensions to serve Skp Harbor Addition �
with a bid of � 5,3$5.00 for both water and sewer with a completion time �
y,�•'� of 30 calendar days. Motion was made by Alderman Ddaniel and seconded
M' bp Alderman Box that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to �
enter into a contract with McHone for the work. Motion was passed bv vote. �

Alderman Box moved that the City, through the Mayor and City Secretarp, ;
enter into co ntracts for Water and Sewer System Improvements in one of '
the three following combinations, in the order listed: �
