It being for the pub�ic welfare that this Ordinance

be passed and such zoning changs be made, there exists an
�+ e�ergency and public nec��ssity that the rule requiring th�s
Ordinance to be read on two several occas?ons be and the same
is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its sec�nd and final xeading to its pas�age, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and anprova2.
