� The regular meeting of the citp council of th e 8ity of Grapevine
was held on August 17, 1954 with the following members present:
Alderman Pair was selected as chairman of the meetin.g in the
absence of both the Mayor and Mayor Pro-tem.
Minutes of the meeting of August 3 , 1954 ��►ere approved.
� Plat and dedication of certain lands owned by Ballard Burger and
� Dellwood Develop'ment Co. to be known as Dellwood Acr�s was
�" pre�ented for acceptance. The area consists of an extension of
College Street and a new road known as �idge Road.
� ,�° Alderman Guest offered the following motion:
� ya The City Council a�prove the plat and dedication as presented
�' but this approval shall not waive anq �ights the City to
regulate development of additions of� subdivisions adjacent
� to streets within the area just approved. _
Motion was seconded by Alderman Box and passed by vote, 3 0.
Alderman Box added to the above motion that the Mayor and City
Secretary be authorized to sign said plat and dedication for
the �ity Council. Motion was seconded by Alderman Guest and passed
by vote, 3-0.
