Regular meeting of the Citp Couaeil of the City of Grapeviae was held
October 5, 1954 With the following' members present : Alderm�n J. J.
� Daniel, Bill Guest, E. M. Pair, and R. F. Shelton; Secreta ry Hugh Millican.

� Minutes of the Meetings of September 7, and September 21, were approved.
Telephone Company representatives Utzman, Esslinger, Weekley, and Vann
: met with the City Counci 1 to discuss the proposed raise in telephoae
� �� rates. Alderman Shelto� moQed that the Council not give an answer to the
;i ,��; proposed raise until the negt regular meeting, October 19, 1954•
, � Alderman G�aest secoaded the motion which passed by vote.

Special Meeting of the City Council of the City� �if Grapevine was held on
October 15 , 1951� with the folloxing members present: Mapor H. M.
Cosnahan; Aldermen Joe Box, J. J. Daniel, Bill Guest, E. M. Pair, and
� R. F. Shelton; and Secretary Hugh Millican.
` A discussion of the proposed raise in telephone rates was followed by a
� motion by Alderman Box that the rates for telephone service for the City
of Grapevine be set as follows, effective with the first billing date
after the system has been conQerted to dial:
