October 5, 1954 with the follawing' members present: Aldermen J. J.
� Daniel, Bill Guest, E. M. Pair, and R. F. Sheltoa; Secreta ry Hngh Millicam.
Minutes of the Meetings of September 7, and September 21, were approved.
Telephone Company representatives Utzman, Esslinger, Weekley, and Vann
met with the City Counci 1 to discuss the proposed raise in telephone
�� rates. Ald�rman Sheltox moved that the Council not give an aaswer to the
,�� proposed raise until the next regular meeting, October 19, 1954.
� Alderman �uest seconded the motion which passed by vote.

October 15, 1954 with the folloxing members prese�t: Mayor H. M.
Cosnahan; Aldermen Joe Box, J. J. Daniel, Bill Guest, E. M. Pair, and
R. F. Shelton; and Seeretary Hugh Millican. .
' A discussion of the proposed raise in telephone rates was followed by a
� motion by Alderman Box that the rates for telephone service for the City
of Grapevine be set as follows, effective with the first billing date
after the system has been converted to dial:

Motion was seconded by Alderman Daniel and passed by vot e, 5-0.
