' Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Grapevine was helrl
November 2, 1951� with the following members present; Mayor H. M.
�� Cosnahan; Aldermen Joe Box, Bi�ll Guest, E. M. Pair and R. F. Shelton.
Minutes of the meeting of October 19, 1954 were read and approved.

result of a motion of Alderman Box and second by Alderman Shelton.

Alderman Box moved that the question of adoption of City Plan Program �
�s� � be delayed until later meeting. Motion seconded by Alderman Guest and
passed by vote.
� Bill in the amount of �10.00 for work on easement by W. K. Stewart was
a. presented for approval.
M +��y Motion bp Alderman Guest that the bill be allowed was seconded by Alder-
00 man Bo�e and passed by vote.
� Alderman Shelton moved that the City extend the same credits to retired �
Q 43 Firemen who have served 25 pears on the Department and attained the age' t
Msz of 55 as extended to active firement. ;
Motion seconded hy Alderman Guest and passed by vote, 4-0. �
a �� Motion by Alderman Box and second by Alderman Pair that the City enter
into a contract with Herman W. Holtzer, Fort Worth , for the installation +
�y�.b� of Water and Sewer System Improvements in Bellaire Addition, Section "Bn �
for a contract amount of �12,41�4.77 and that the Mayor and City �
Secretary be authorized to sign docwnents. �
Motion Passed by vote. ;

Motion by Alderman Shelton that Freese and Nichols be authorized to �
