THE 7ANING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE STORY FOUR-PLEX APART_
MENTS ON LOTS 2, 3, 13 AND 14, BLOCK 10, SECTION

That pursuant to a site plan approved by the City
Council showing the general arrangement of the project,
together with essential requirements such as off-street
parking facilities , locations of buildings, sizes of
buildings, all yard requirements, means of ingress and
egress to public streets and the approval of plans and
specifications for a building permit, a Specific Use Permit
is hereby authorized for construction of single story four-
plex apartments on the property described as follows:
Lots 2, 3 , 13 and 14, Block 10, Section B, Bellaire Addition.
II .
That said approved site plan, together with said
essential requirements be placed on permanent file in the
City records .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of July ,A.D. , 1970.
