AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 70-10,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE� TEXAS, SO AS TO ADJUST THE
PETITION FILING FEE; AND PROVIDIN� FOR
A SAVINGS CLAUSE:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GR,APEVINE, TEXAS THAT ORDINANCE 70-10 IS
HEREBY AND HERENOW AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
16-101 FILING PETITION FEE:
Each and every petition to the City Council as
provided in this section shall be filed with the City
Secretary, prior to being presented to the City Council,
and shall be accompanied by a fee of Ninety Dollars
($90.00) payable to the City of Grapevine, Texas, no part
of which shall be returnable regardless of the action
taken on tl�e petition.
SECTION II
Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase contained. in this ordinance be held to be unconsti-
tutional, such holding shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portion of the ordinance, but in all respect
shall remain in full force and effect.
