AN ORDINANCE ANIENDING THE 7ANING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZANING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE�
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF MAE VONNE WYCHE MARTIN
FROM "R-1" RESIDENTIAL TO "SPECIFIC USE PERMITr'
FOR TRAILWOOD MOBILE HOME PARK� AND PROVIDING
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, a due and lawful public hearing was held on
August 4, 1970 by the City Council and the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine, Texas for the
purpose of consideration of an amendment to the City _
Zoning Ordinance and Zoning District map so as to provide
for the operation of a Mobile Home Park on the below de-
scribed property, and;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on August
14, 1970 recommended to the City Council that a Specific
Use Permit authorize the operation of a Mobile Home Park
on the said below described property;
~ NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
I.
THAT, pursuant to a site plan to be approved by the
City Council showing the general arrangement of the project,
and the compliance with essential requirements of the City
Code pertaining to Mobile Home Parks and operation, a
Specific Use Permit is hereby authorized for the operation
of a Mobile Home Park on the following described property:

BEING a tract of land situated in the Alex Thompson Survey,
Abstract No. 1532, Tarrant County, Texas , and being a part
of a tract of land conveyed to Melvin Shuler by deed dated
1�ecember 30, 1963 and recorded in Vol . 3885, Page 55 of the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being more fully
described by metes and bounds , as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner in the North line of County
Road #3030, said point being South 63 deg. 53 min. 30 sec.
West, 1295.66 feet and South 74 deg. 44 min. 10 sec. West,
274 feet from the Southeast corner of said Shuler tract;
THENCE South 87 deg. 3 min. 16 sec. West along the North
line of said County Road #3030, 265.23 feet;
THENCE South 87 deg. 56 min. West, 207.68 feet along the
North line of said County Road #3030;
THENCE North 89 deg. 52 min. 40 sec. West along the North
line of said County Road #3030, 615.63 feet to a point for
corner in the West line of said Alex Thompson Survey ;
THENCE North 00 deg. 5 min. 30 sec. East along the West
line of said Alex Thompson Survey, 1620 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE North 59 deg. 25 min. 30 sec. East, 300 feet to a
point for corner ;
THENCE South 59 deg. 54 min. 30 sec. East, 300 feet to a
point for corner;
THENCE South 89 deg. 54 min. 34 sec. East, 570. 16 ft. to a
point for corner;
THENCE South O deg. 5 min. 30 sec. West, 1601.46 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 41.3183 acres of land.

THAT, said Mobile Home Park shall be operated under
the provisians of the City' s ardinances, and any sub-
sequent a.mendments pertaininq to the operation af mobile
, hame parks.
III .
Should any part , section, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be un-
constitutional , such holding shall not abbett the validity
of the xemaining portions of thi.s ardinance, but in al.l
respect sha11 remain in full force and effect .
