AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9, CHAPTER
7, SECTION 4, SUB-SECTION (A) OF THE
CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE�
TEXAS� DEFINING TRUCK ROUTES.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

�,.,.. That Title 9, Chapter 7, Section 4, Sub-Section (A) of the
City Code of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby and here-
now amended to read as follows:
9-7-4; TRUCK ROUTES
(A) The following streets and parts of streets are designated
"Truck Routes" under this ordinance:
1. State Highway No. 121 from the Northeast city limits
to its intersection with State Highway No. 114 Business
or Loop 382.
2. State Highway No. 121 from the Southwest city limits
to its intersection with State Highway No. 114.
3. Farm Road No. 157 from the South city limits to its
intersection with State Highway No. 114.
�� 4. State Highway No. 114 from the East city limits to
the West city limits.
�' 5. State Highway No. 114 business route or Loop 382
from the East intersecion with State Highway 114 to its
West intersection with State Highway No. 114.

Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be un-
constitutional, such holding shall not af�ect the validity
of the remaining portion of the ordinance, but in all
respect shall remain in full force and effect.

AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF ALL MEMBERS PRESENT ON November 3 ,
1970.
