the Use District N1ap attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed a�d aznended :

and being situated in Taxrant County, Texas, out of the BBB &
�`� ' CRR Survey , more pazta.cularly descr�bed as foll��us:
A tract or parcel of land situated in Tarrant County, Texas
being part of the BBB & CRR Survey A-205 and described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said BBB & CRR Survey, thence,
North 1,179.70 Ft. to a point in the center line of County
Road #3040. Thence, East 25 Ft. to the SW corner of the
property being described. Same corner being the SW corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Fred Hoyt by Chas. Hudgins as
described in Vol. 1382, page 89 DRTCT.
