AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7� CHAPTER 5,
SECTION 6, FIRST PARAGRAPH OF THE CITY CODE
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SO AS TO
ADJUST THE FEE FOR COLLECTION OF GARBAGE;
AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
� F BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE�
' TEXAS;
�. I.
THAT Title 7, Chapter 5, Section 6, first paragraph is
hereby amended to read as follows:
7-5-6: RATES: Any houses, buildings, or premises used
for residential purposes, that are connected to the City' s
water system and pay a minimum monthly charge for water
service shall have their garbage and trash removed at a
monthly charge of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per
month, where such collection and removal is not required
in excess of twice each week. (Ord. 67-24; 8-15-67)
II.
_ Should any part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase contained in this ordinance be held to be un-
constitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portion of the ordinance, but in all
respect shall remain in full force and effect.

1968.
