1'he letter of' Kecomme�d�tion to accept the work of' the South�rest
Comp�ny from �'reeze �,nd Nichols was read and a letter from the
Southwest Company was read.

recommend�tion of �reeze oc Nic�iols made �ay 3, 1950, waivi�ng item � 1 i
of the exce�tions of the recommendation, and pay the 5outhwest Co. , �
�5,655.�6 ruhen items 2 & 3 of the expecLion have been completed to the
