AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 7ANING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZANING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
. TEXAS, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR A SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT FOR USED CAR LOT ON LOT 49B1, LEONARD
SURVEY OVJNED BY IVAN CAMPBELL AND JACK COLL�SRD.
Whereas , due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been
heretofore given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
I .
THAT pursuant to a site plan approved by the City Council ,
showing the general arrangement of the project , together
with essential requirements such as off-street parking
facilities , locations of buildings, sizes of buildings ,
all yard requirements, means of ingress and egress to
public streets and the approval of .plans and specifications
for a building permit, a Specific Use Permit is hereby
authorized for the sale of used cars until such time as
said property is sold or said used car business is trans-
ferred to a different owner, at which time said property
will revert back to original "G" Local Business Zoning
category.

THAT said approved site plan, togeth�r with said essential
�" requirements be placed on permanent file in the City

records.

Should any part, sectian, paragraph, sentence, clause
or phrase contained in t�is ardinance be held to be
uncanstitutional, such holding shall nat affect the
validity of the remaining portion of the ordinance,
but in all respect shall rernain in full force and effect .
