Worth, Texas, subject f to favorable report of The Engineers and the securing of all � right of ways. � Motion Carried 3-0 (only 3 councilmen present) � � ; For clarification of a motion concer3�ing past due water biils � passed June $, 1951� it was revised to read thus: The water � service is to be discontinued if the amount of the bill equals. ; or exceeds the amount of deposit and if this bill is not paid ; by the lOth of the month. � Meeting Adjourned.
