AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 66-31, AND
�,� TITLE 4, CHAPTER 12, SECIDN 4-12-1 OF THE CITY
CODE, PROVIDING THAT PROPERTY OWNERS OR HI5
� AGENTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING CERT-
IFICATES OF COMPLIANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GR1kPEVINE, TEXAS.
. I.
That Paragraph I of Ordinance No. 66-31 is hereby amended by substituting
in lieu thereof the following language;
"That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to set a utility
meter and/or make a utility connection within the city limits of the
City of Grapevine, Texas, until a Certificate of Compliance has been
obtained by the owner or his agent from the office of the City
Secretary. Application for such certificate shall be made upon forms
to be furnished by the City. "

This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force fxom and after
December 6, 1966.
Passed by an affirmative vote of all members of the City Council present,
this the 6th day of December, 1966.
