Bruton Survey, BEGINNING in the south line public road and ithe north line of State Highway 114, said beginning point being 271.6 varas east and 9 varas south of the northwest couner of said William Bruton Survey, THENCE east on the south line said road 696.4 varas to stake, � THENCE south 388 varas to stake in north line of "��� Stat Nighway 114, THENCE nc'rth 61 degrees west with the notrh line said Highway 795 varas to beginning. '� Less 12.094 acres to State of Texas for right-of way 2-1-61 in Book 3541, Page 212.
