repres,ent Grapevine in contacting.the State Water Board of
Engineera,for the purpose of securing their approval df a: water

After a discussion of the City Taxes policy las_ decided upon
that the property shall be rendered at approximately 5% of its
presAnt value ofr reap estate and 15% for personal property.
Persona& property subject to taxes-would be that personal°property
