the City of Grapevine �,dopt the sa�me regul�ttione �ts the� commision��
er' s court h�s outlined with regard to developments outsid� the
City Limits. �j'he policy to be that if the Commisioner' s Court' s !
approval can be secured, then the C,ity will approve the deve3opmenta
under discussion. �arried

the City caoperate with a civic group comprised of interested '
aitizens in �s�e��sg aecurin� lake front property for public
use.. �j'he mayor appointed Dr. ti'�m. �'rilkeraon, �hm. , Bill Yancey,
�ar jorie Leacon, r'loyd Deacon, J.D.tignew., aad represantatives
from organizations to this committee.
