ar contract in the n�me and in behalf of `i'he City of Grapevine,
Texas , with the Corps of En�;inaers, U. S. Army, for the
purpo�e ot' licening a�l ot tr�cts B-3� and S�3fi and the
east hali� ot' tract B-3� on the shore ot� the Gr�pevine
Reaervoir tor the use �s � public park to be developed
�nd maintdined by mr through the City of Grapevine or its
�gents. '
