Councilman Shelton suUmitted an ordinance conc�rning �he insta- lation of traffic beacons on State Highway �� 11�., City of Grape- vine, a co�y of i�Thich is attatched to these minutes. Seconed by councilman Payne. Passed by vote of 1�-0. T�Tayor Tate reported that there was to be a meeting in Austin on Dec. 1$, concernin� the improvin� of the rarm to I�Zarket road between Grapevine and rlrlin,r�ton. Motion made by Council-man Daniel that the City pay the expenses of a delamate to represent the City at this meetin�. Sec.- Hemley. Passed. Councilman Fayne introduced an ordinance for passa�e concerning The City enterning fnto an a�;reement vJith The State Dept. of Public ?��elfare for the coverninp� of the City employees under the provisions of the Federal Insurance Contributions Act� a copy of the ordinance and agreements are atatched. Councilman Shelton seconded motion and was �rassed on 4-0 vote. I�Iotion �nade by E�. F. Shelton and secor.ded by J.J.
