WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the belocv dsscribed property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of

It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance

be passed 2►nd such zoning change be made, there exists an
� emergency and public nec�ssity that the rule requiring th�s
Ordinance to be read on two several occasions be and the same
is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final reading to its passage, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and app�roval.
