{ The Council met in special session on March 31, 1952 at the 6ity Hall
h with the Pollowing present: I�yor Tate; Councilmen Daniel, Heonley,Paqne,
Shelton, � Yaneey. A. H. Yancey asting as secretary.

Motion made by �r�*ae and aeconded by He�].ey that the the name of the Fire
Department be put on the Chevrolet and International Fire Trucks and that
� 15.00 be allcnred for eaoh truak for this. Motion carried. �

Motion by 3helton an� seconded by Payne that the City accept the recommen- �
dation Of Freeze & Nichols and enter into the contract with the Dept oP ;
the Ara� in furaishing water to their headquartera area at the dam as �
provided in aontract � DA 41 443. Be it futher mc��ed that the Mayor and
City Secretary be authorized to sign this Qontract on behalf on the City
and Freeze and Nichols be be retained as the City's Eagineer in this
matter. Motion carried. �

aation to obtaia coverage for e�plo�ees under the Social Sec�rity acts.
