WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a aoning change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of

and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grap�vine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :
