OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF M. K. Ratcliff, Sr.
and Foy Estate: HND DECLARING KN EMEEGIIVCY.
WHEREAS, due and lav✓ful noti.ce of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below descxibed property has been hereto,
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has an the 7th day of November , 19� 7
recommended a change of the zoning classification of the beZow
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

of Grapevine, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

That the beZow described property be and the same
is Hexeby and �renow Designated and Classified as a part of
"G�' Commercial ( Iocal bus.) of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grap��•ine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :

It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance

its second and final reading to its passage, and shall be in
