WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing ta consider
a aoning change on the below described property has beer� hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 21st�ay of November R 2967,
recammended a change of the zoning classification of the below
described prQperty, so that the entirety thereof shall be here,
